About Us.

Our mission at For Tomorrow Fitness is to help facilitate personal and physical development for each of our clients in the gym and out in the real world.

We strive to do that through providing a high quality individualised training experience, educating clients about fundamental health and fitness principles, motivating clients to push past their comfort zones, engaging in high quality goal setting for in the gym and out in life.

This mission is fulfilled in our studio located in Airport West each and every day.

  • We offer a range of different services to meet your training needs which include small group training, 1 on 1 personal training and online coaching. You can learn more about these services below.

  • Our sessions are designed to be specific for you and your goals. So the sessions will be uniquely your own and consist of whatever training methods are required to help you reach your health and fitness goals, whether that is in the small group sessions or if it is in the private 1 on 1 training.

  • We offer a range of different session pricing based on the specific needs of the client. We want to make training accessible and work according to your lifestyle and financial situation whilst also giving you the best customer experience. Enquire so we can organise an arrangement to kickstart your health and fitness journey.

  • The sessions are 45 minutes, although we do half hour sessions for those interested. We do also often get our clients to do post session cardio which can add up to an extra 15 minutes per session. This is our way of providing the most amount of value to our clients.

  • We are different because each session is designed using fundamental exercise science programming principles. These tenants of training too often neglected by local trainers and studios leaving sessions devoid of structure or purpose. Each session is designed to push you too your limit, to be difficult so that you feel strong and capable, but most importantly the sessions are specific for your goals. However, we are not just a group fitness studio or personal training looking to take you through sessions, we are in the business of accountability. We want you to succeed and will make sure you are accountable by checking in with you regularly to make sure you are getting the most out of your time with us.

Our Services.

Online Coaching.

If you like having a trainer that keeps you accountable towards your health and fitness goals without having to physically train in house, look no further. Our team of coaches can help to write your programs, track your progress and make changes along the way specifically for you and your needs.

Small Group Sessions.

No one likes to work alone. This is why a majority of sessions have been specifically allocated to small group sessions. We pride ourselves on our quality of service. We are not just another group fitness studio trying to cram the most members in. Even though there are multiple people in the session, we cap out at no more than 4 people to ensure proper programming and progress tracking. Your program is uniquely your own for your specific goals so that you get the benefits of 1 on 1 personal training, but with the community feel of a group class as well as the price of one.

1 on 1 Personal Training.

If you are the lone wolf type, that is all good because we have you covered. We know that sometimes people like their privacy. So for this reason we also accommodate for 1 on 1 sessions. If you want the programming and session to be solely focused on you, we have times available. This way very specific education and exercise protocols can be given to ensure you reach your fitness goals.
